Depending on your needs, we work with high quality hardwood as well as the new environmental plastic decking. All our decking is done with a clip system that gets discreetly hidden between lengths resulting in a clean looking, longer lasting deck. Decking frame work can be manufactured from steel or wood.

This beautiful museum guest house was once the Johannesburg residence of Mahatma Gandhi in 1914 while he lived in South Africa. To The South was hired to install the museum batten systems and to hang each antique pine frame with spaced precision. The result is an exquisite combination of museum and domestic that guests enjoy with every visit.
